Represent Buyers
 - We represent and advise buyers on their residential and commercial real estate purchases.  We represent buyers in many different types of purchases such a short sales, bank owned (also called an REO which stands for Real Estate Owned), estate and trust sales and bankruptcy procedures.  We will also advise you on the tax savings or cost of the transactions.  For more information, and the step by step process that we go through with our clients, please click here.

Tax & Financial Analysis - We will advise you on the tax and financial aspect of your real estate transaction, whether you are purchasing or selling.  We will calculate the various income ratios such as cash on cash rate of return, capitalization rate, gross rent multiplier and other ratios to determine if the transaction makes "sense" or are you better off investing in the stock market or in a CD.  We will also calculate your rate of return after either the tax savings or cost associated with the transactions.  To see examples of prior transaction we have been involved with for our clients and the rate of return they are earning on that transactions, please click here

Wealth & Estate Planning - We can help you, along with your estate attorney, in preserving your assets especially your real estate, through wealth and estate planning.  Whether it is as simple as creating a Living Trust or Qualified Personal Residence Trust, we can advise you as what you need to do to keep your estate and pass it on to your heir.  There is no reason to give away your hard earned assets to the government.

Property Tax Reduction - We can help you reduce your property taxes if your property has declined in value.  You are allowed to appeal your property tax base and pay property taxes based on the lower value.
